Pahi Craft allows customers to cancel their orders to some extent.
Cancellation: If customer ordered product as registered user, he/she can cancel the order online by logging into his/her account at website. Customer can request for cancel the order by just dropping an e-mail at info@pahicraft.com. Customers need to mention order ID in their request.
Cancellation of “shipped” orders: Shipped order can not be cancelled from our side. In the case you can ask the delivery boy to send it back at the time he comes at your place.
Refund: Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of prepaid order cancellation before shipping. If the cancellation request is made after shipping till delivery of the product, refund is processed upon receiving originally ordered item back from the courier. Refund will be credited through the refund coupon.
